Outbound Sales

Looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT Software service outbound sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knows how to build and strengthen relationships with people, in spite of geographical and cultural differences.
  • Team-oriented person.
  • Preferably someone with Engineering Degree.
  • Understanding of the latest technology ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and Shortlist leads through different sources based on company's areas of interests.
  • Work closely with tech team to provide proposals to the leads and followup to convert the lead.
  • Meeting leads in-person to increase chances of conversion.
  • Follow and improve processes in lead management by using the right tools and methodologies.
  • Work closely with technical team to convey market trends and optimize the sales cycle.
