- 2+ years of experience in IT Software service outbound sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knows how to build and strengthen relationships with people, in spite of geographical and cultural differences.
- Team-oriented person.
- Preferably someone with Engineering Degree.
- Understanding of the latest technology ecosystem.
- Generate and Shortlist leads through different sources based on company's areas of interests.
- Work closely with tech team to provide proposals to the leads and followup to convert the lead.
- Meeting leads in-person to increase chances of conversion.
- Follow and improve processes in lead management by using the right tools and methodologies.
- Work closely with technical team to convey market trends and optimize the sales cycle.
